Bagpipe Peak , Howe Sound

  • "Bagpipe Peak" stands as the tallest point in the Fanning Range, stretching from Mt. Seymour to Squamish. The peak has an impressive prominence of over 600 m. However, climbing it is seldom attempted, especially since access via Furry Creek and Mountain Lake Hut was restricted. Reaching Mountain Lake alone is challenging, and journeying further to Bagpipe Peak is even more so.
